Watch a Clip from the 15th Annual Hunger Seder March 29, 2026

"United for a Future without Hunger" was the theme of this year's Atlanta Interfaith Hunger Seder. Created by the Jewish Community Relations Council of Atlanta, this 15th Hunger Seder brought together members of a number of religious faiths, with Rabbis Jason Holtz, Eric Feld, and Ellen Nemhauser and Reverends Cassandra Henderson, Lisa Heilig, and Sean Smith participating. Over 100 people attended the seder. The voiceover of this one-minute montage is Reverend Henderson as she describes the scope of each faith in dealing with feeding those in need. The photos include some of the 22 organizations that were part of the Marketplace, where organizations that provide food or support for those that do displayed their activities. We look forward to more community members attending next year as we work to create more advocates for food and nutrition programs.
